3-Step Process

Why the 3-step process?

Our signature hair and scalp spa treatments use a 3-step process. Each of the three steps includes the application of herbal medicines that have been specially prepared to achieve specific results. The order of their application is essential to achieving the desired results.

Each step also utilizes unique massage and combing techniques that are different for each step, in order to achieve the best results.

Holistic Therapy

The 3-step process, combined with traditional scalp massage and combing techniques, can fully open up the meridians of the entire body, and unblock both Qi and blood pathways. Holistic benefits can include a more stable pulse, unobstructed body pathways, and the curing of fatigue.

The head is a miniature of the body. Acupuncture points for all organs in the body are located on the head, and all Yang meridians in the body are located on the head. Chinese medicine believes that "the blood of the five organs and the Qi of the six viscera all flow into the head."

Zhuifeng Spa

During the Qing Dynasty, an entry was recorded in the "Phoenix Hall Records Funeral Chapter" about Chinese herbal medicine from the Miao area: "The Miao area produces a lot of medicines and health supplements. The names of the medicines are strange, and they are hardly recorded in medical books. They are either swallowed or applied topically and are very effective. They are collectively called herbal medicine."
